These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to purchases, subscriptions, memberships, coaching programs, digital products, communities, courses, events, services, and related offers owned or operated by Joshua C. Ingels, including:

For purposes of this policy, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Joshua C. Ingels, Honorable Savage, Stay Lethal LLC, and related websites, products, programs, communities, or services operated by Joshua C. Ingels.
By purchasing from us, enrolling in a program, joining a paid membership, accessing paid content, or agreeing to a payment plan, you agree to this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Educational and Coaching Purpose
Our products, programs, communities, coaching, courses, tools, blueprints, frameworks, videos, written materials, calls, and services are provided for educational, informational, personal development, leadership development, spiritual growth, and general coaching purposes only.
We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment, therapeutic, or professional counseling services. Nothing we provide should be construed as professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, legal counsel, financial planning, medical care, or a substitute for working with a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, implementation, decisions, and results.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Our programs and services are designed to help men build discipline, faith, brotherhood, leadership, and personal responsibility. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, transformation, financial result, relational result, spiritual result, personal result, business result, fitness result, leadership result, or life change.
Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, honesty, participation, discipline, implementation, background, personal circumstances, choices, and willingness to do the work. Testimonials, case studies, stories, examples, or results shared by other participants are not guarantees of your outcome.

This policy applies to all purchases including, but not limited to:
- Digital products
- Courses
- Coaching programs
- Group coaching
- Memberships
- Community access
- Challenges
- Events
- Webinars
- Training resources, blueprints, and tools
- Applications
- Consultations
- Subscriptions
- Payment plans
- Any other paid product, program, service, or offer we provide
Specific products, programs, or offers may include additional terms, conditions, participation requirements, or agreements. If additional terms apply, they will be provided in connection with the relevant offer and will control if they conflict with this policy.
4. Free Access and Promotional Offers
We may offer free access, free trials, limited-time free resources, promotional pricing, scholarships, discounted access, bonus materials, or early access at our discretion. Free access does not guarantee future free access, lifetime access, continued availability, or access to paid programs, premium content, coaching calls, communities, bonuses, tools, or future updates unless specifically stated in writing. We may modify, limit, expand, suspend, or discontinue free access, promotional offers, or bonus access at any time.
5. Premium Access, Coaching, and Community Participation
Premium programs, coaching services, memberships, communities, or subscriptions may include access to content, group calls, community spaces, resources, leaderboards, prizes, tools, blueprints, or related services. Access may be conditioned on payment, participation, community standards, application approval, onboarding requirements, or continued compliance with our Terms of Use and community rules.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or restrict access to a program, community, coaching call, leaderboard, or service if we determine that a participant has violated our Terms of Use, failed to make payment, acted dishonestly, abused other members, disrupted the community, shared protected content, or behaved in a way that undermines the integrity of the program. Removal for such violations does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, on an invoice, in a written agreement, or otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amount due, including applicable taxes, fees, recurring payments, installment payments, subscription payments, or payment-plan payments.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate, current, and authorized. We may use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or other providers, to process payments. Your payment information may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party processors.
7. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Some offers may be billed on a recurring basis, such as monthly memberships, coaching subscriptions, community access, or other recurring services. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided for that offer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation prevents future charges but does not create a refund for prior payments already made. You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing period. We may cancel, suspend, or terminate a subscription or membership if payment fails, your account is past due, or you violate our Terms of Use or other applicable agreements.
8. Payment Plans
If you purchase a product or program using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price over time and is not a subscription that can be canceled early unless the specific offer states otherwise in writing.
If a payment is late, declined, disputed, reversed, or not received, we may suspend or terminate your access until the account is brought current. If your account remains unpaid, we may require immediate payment of the remaining balance, restrict future purchases, refer the account to collections, or pursue any other lawful remedy available to us. Payments already made on a payment plan are not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless a specific written refund guarantee applies to your purchase.
If you use a third-party lender or financing provider, you are responsible for reviewing that lender's own terms, fees, rates, and obligations. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, decisions, or policies of any third-party lender.
9. Refund Policy
Unless a specific written refund guarantee is provided for a particular offer, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This no-refund policy applies to digital products, courses, coaching programs, group coaching, memberships, subscriptions, communities, events, services, payment plans, downloads, tools, blueprints, resources, and any other paid offer.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Failure to use or access a purchased product or service
- Failure to attend coaching calls, group calls, events, or sessions
- Failure to complete a course, program, or challenge
- Failure to implement the material
- Lack of personal results
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances
- Disagreement with program content or coaching style
- Removal due to violation of our Terms of Use, community standards, or payment obligations
- Loss of access due to failed payment or non-payment
If a specific offer includes a written refund guarantee, that guarantee will apply only to that offer and only according to the exact terms stated in writing. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us first at jc@ingelsleaders.com before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or financing provider. Because our refund policy is clearly stated, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase simply because you changed your mind, failed to use the product or service, did not achieve a desired result, forgot to cancel before a recurring charge, or failed to complete a payment plan.
If you initiate an improper chargeback, dispute, or reversal, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product, program, community, service, or membership, provide documentation to the payment processor, recover any amounts owed, and pursue any lawful remedy available to us.
11. Digital Product Access
Digital products, courses, downloads, tools, blueprints, videos, worksheets, or other online resources may be delivered through a website, email, community platform, course platform, file link, membership portal, or other digital delivery method. We are not responsible for your inability to access digital products due to incorrect email information, spam filters, lost login credentials, device issues, internet problems, third-party platform outages, or failure to follow access instructions.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchase of a digital product grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the material for your own personal use only. You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, license, upload, or otherwise exploit our digital products or materials without written permission.
12. Coaching Calls, Events, and Scheduling
If your purchase includes coaching calls, group calls, events, webinars, or other scheduled access, you are responsible for attending at the scheduled time. Missed calls, missed events, or failure to participate do not entitle you to a refund or credit unless otherwise stated in writing.
We may reschedule, cancel, or modify calls, sessions, or events when necessary due to scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, operational needs, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. If we reschedule a call or event, we may provide a replacement time, recording, credit, alternate access, or other reasonable substitute at our discretion.
13. Physical Prizes, Bonuses, and Promotional Items
Some programs, challenges, leaderboards, or promotions may include physical prizes, bonuses, awards, merchandise, patches, coins, books, or other items. Prizes, bonuses, or promotional items may be subject to availability, eligibility requirements, program rules, shipping limitations, participation requirements, payment status, and our discretion.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize or bonus item with an item of equal or greater value when necessary. Physical prizes or bonuses have no cash value unless otherwise stated in writing and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
14. Name, Image, Likeness, and Recording Release
If you attend, participate in, or submit content to any live event, online event, webinar, coaching call, group coaching call, community, challenge, testimonial request, interview, podcast, video call, or related experience, you understand that audio, video, photographs, screenshots, chat messages, comments, testimonials, or other content may be recorded, captured, or preserved.
By participating, you grant us permission to record, photograph, capture, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, and use your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, comments, testimonials, audio, video, photographs, and participation for business, educational, training, marketing, promotional, documentary, internal, or commercial purposes, in any media now known or later developed, unless prohibited by law. You understand that you will not receive additional compensation for such use.
If you do not want to be recorded or have your name, image, likeness, voice, or statements used, you must notify us in writing before participating and must keep your camera off and avoid speaking or submitting content during recorded portions.
15. Testimonials
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, comment, success story, survey response, message, social media post, video, audio, or written feedback, you grant us permission to use that content, along with your name, image, likeness, business name, or general identifying information you provide, for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes. We may edit testimonials for clarity, length, grammar, formatting, or presentation, but we will not intentionally alter the substance of your statement. Testimonials are examples only and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same or similar results.
16. Affiliate or Third-Party Purchases
We may occasionally mention, recommend, link to, or promote third-party products, services, platforms, tools, books, events, or resources. We make no guarantees or representations regarding third-party products or services unless expressly stated in writing. If you purchase from a third party, that purchase is governed by the third party's own terms, conditions, refund policy, privacy policy, warranties, and customer support processes. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, platforms, claims, payments, refunds, delivery, defects, outages, policies, or actions.
17. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, military obligations, illness, pandemic, epidemic, labor disputes, power outages, internet outages, telecommunications failures, platform outages, payment processor outages, cyberattacks, supply chain disruption, transportation disruption, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event affects our ability to deliver a product, program, event, coaching call, service, prize, or other obligation, we may delay, modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel the affected item at our discretion.
18. Changes to Products, Services, and Pricing
We may update, modify, discontinue, rebrand, repackage, rename, expand, reduce, or change any product, service, program, community, offer, feature, bonus, price, payment plan, or promotion at any time. We are not required to continue offering any specific product, service, program, community, bonus, or price. Price changes do not entitle previous purchasers to refunds, credits, or price adjustments unless stated in writing.
19. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Use.
