This includes, but is not limited to, Honorable Savage, the Honorable Savage Protocol, Savage Points, Stay Lethal, related frameworks, program materials, training resources, written content, videos, graphics, and all associated intellectual property.

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, perform, sell, license, create derivative works from, or exploit our content
- Share paid resources, course materials, community content, tools, downloads, videos, or program materials with non-members

- Record, reproduce, or redistribute coaching calls, community content, or private program materials without permission
If you violate these Terms, your right to use our websites, products, communities, programs, and services will terminate immediately, and you must return or destroy any copies of materials you have made. 4. Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Honorable Savage, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages related to customer care, inquiry follow-up, application follow-up, appointment scheduling, onboarding, account or service updates, community updates, event updates, and promotional messages (if you have separately consented to promotional messages).
Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are collected separately. SMS consent checkboxes are never pre-selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes.

If you participate in a community, coaching program, group call, challenge, leaderboard, forum, or related service, you agree to conduct yourself with honesty, respect, discipline, and personal responsibility.
We may remove you from a community, program, call, service, or membership if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is disruptive, abusive, dishonest, inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the standards of the program.
9. No Professional Advice
The information, content, coaching, training, community discussion, frameworks, tools, blueprints, and materials provided through our websites, products, programs, and services are for educational, informational, personal development, leadership development, spiritual growth, and general coaching purposes only. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment, therapeutic, or professional counseling services. Nothing provided should be understood as a substitute for qualified professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
